It takes well defined processes and a skilled and competent workforce to achieve positive results. With more than 35 years management experience in both manufacturing and service industries, I have spent many years studying both processes and people. I have been successful at developing both. I have studied leadership principles of the greatest in a variety of fields to increase my knowledge and to grow my own skills.
